LimaCorporate to launch the Break the Bias learning challenge
On this year's International Women's Day, as a company, we wanted to do something different!
Rather than celebrating women with chocolate, LimaCorporate decided to engage all employees in a learning challenge.
To enter the challenge, employees will have to follow a course on LinkedIn Learning that will focus on embracing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and eliminating biases and discrimination against others.
The aim of the course is to learn new skills and put them into practice when it comes to recognizing, addressing, and eliminating biases.
To further investigate the learning challenge, by watching the course, employees will have the power to increase the donation that LimaCorporate will make to organizations that are actively working to improve women's conditions all over the world.
