La modularité est une caractéristique clé de cette plateforme. La prothèse SMR Inversée est adaptée à tous les types d’arthroplastie de l’épaule, interventions programmées ou de traumatologie, de première intention avec épargne osseuse ou de révision [2-11]. La prothèse SMR Inversée de LimaCorporate a obtenu la note ODEP 10A [1].
SMR Reverse propose, en inversant les matériaux glénosphère/insert lors d'une arthroplastie inversée, une glénosphère en polyéthylène réticulé avec un chanfrein supérieur pour une implantation plus facile, tandis que le bord inférieur permet une meilleure répartition de la charge. Les revêtements inversés en alliage CoCr (cobalt chrome) sont disponibles en différentes tailles et avec des options de latéralisation pure. L'option céramique pour les patients allergiques est également disponible. [10-13]

SMR Reverse La conception de la prothèse SMR Inversée permet de l’utiliser avec des tiges cimentées et sans ciment. Elle comporte des composants métaphysaires spécifiques pour les interventions programmées et de traumatologie. La glénosphère de 36 mm en CoCr (centrée ou avec une excentration de 4 mm) peut être équilibrée au moyen d’inserts inversés de différentes épaisseurs. La fixation dans la glène repose sur le Métal-Back de LimaCorporate aux performances reconnues.
