Le composant SMR AXIOMA TT Métalback de LimaCorporate est une glène modulaire. Sa conception offre des options de traitement des pertes osseuses glénoïdiennes dans l’arthroplastie d’épaule anatomique et inversée.

Le matériau, la structure, les propriétés mécaniques et la prise initiale optimisée forment les bases d’une fixation primaire supérieure qui favorise l’intégration biologique des implants. Un ancillaire complémentaire a été élaboré pour la préparation de la greffe osseuse visant à rétablir l’interligne articulaire en comblant la perte osseuse au niveau de la glène.
Instruments pour greffe osseuse glénoïdienne
La procédure étape par étape permet aux chirurgiens de préparer des greffons osseux de différentes tailles pour s’adapter à chaque cas clinique.
Le composant SMR Axioma TT Métalback de LimaCorporate offre plusieurs options de greffon osseux : greffon droit (5, 10 ou 15 mm) ou oblique (15 ou 20°). L’instrumentation ergonomique aide les chirurgiens en permettant une procédure reproductible.
